The usage method is as follows: 1. Before use, check whether each device of the ice maker is normal, such as whether the water supply device is normal and whether the water tank storage capacity is normal (the water tank storage capacity has been set at the factory).
2. After confirming that all aspects of the ice maker are normal, place the ice maker in a stable place and insert the prepared bucket of water into the inlet of the ice maker. At this point, water will automatically enter the water tank of the ice maker.
3. After plugging in the power supply of the ice maker, the ice maker starts working. The water pump starts running to pump the water from the water tank into the ice making area. At the beginning, the water pump has a process of discharging air. After the air is discharged, the compressor starts and enters the working state, and the ice maker begins to enter the ice making state.
4. When the thickness of the ice cubes in the ice maker reaches the set thickness, the ice tray probe in the ice maker will start working, while the defrost solenoid valve will work, and the water pump will stop working. The ventilation valve will open to allow hot air to enter the evaporator, and the ice cubes will begin to fall.
5. When the ice begins to fall, flip the ice stopper and turn on the magnetic spring switch. When the amount of ice reaches a certain level, the magnetic spring switch will close again, and the ice maker will enter the ice making state again
6. When the ice storage bin of the ice maker is full of ice cubes, the magnetic spring switch will not automatically close, and the ice maker will automatically stop working, completing the ice making process. If the power switch of the ice maker is turned off and the power cord of the ice maker is unplugged, the ice making process will end.
Precautions for use: 1. The ice maker should be installed away from heat sources, without direct sunlight, in a well ventilated area, and the ambient temperature should not exceed 35 ℃ to prevent poor heat dissipation from the condenser due to high ambient temperature, which may affect the ice making effect. The ground on which the ice maker is installed should be solid and flat, and the ice maker must be kept level, otherwise it may cause ice failure and noise during operation.
2. The gap between the back and left and right sides of the ice making machine should not be less than 30cm, and the gap at the top should not be less than 60cm.
3. The ice maker should use an independent power supply, dedicated line power supply, and be equipped with fuses and leakage protection switches, and should be reliably grounded.
4. The water used for the ice maker should meet the national drinking water standards and be equipped with a water filtration device to filter out impurities in the water, in order to avoid clogging the water pipes, contaminating the sink and ice mold. And it affects the ice making performance.
5. When cleaning the ice maker, the power should be turned off, and it is strictly prohibited to directly flush the machine with a water pipe. Neutral detergent should be used for scrubbing, and corrosive solvents such as acidic and alkaline are strictly prohibited for cleaning.
6. The ice maker must unscrew the water inlet hose head and clean the water inlet valve filter screen every two months to avoid clogging the water inlet with sand, mud, and impurities, which may cause a decrease in water intake and result in no ice making.
