High-giant flake ice machines are widely used for the fresh-keeping of perishables, refrigerated preservation of vegetables, and preservation of fruits in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and other retail venues. The flake ice not only prevents refrigerated items from dehydration—thus maintaining their original color and quality—but also avoids scratching the items. This effectively extends the storage time of refrigerated goods.
Additionally, this type of ice machine is well-suited for the preservation and refrigeration of fish in seafood markets and seafood restaurants. The flake ice helps keep seafood at an optimal temperature, ensuring it retains its original flavor.
Rated Operating Conditions: The ambient temperature is 23℃, and the water temperature is 15℃. For every 5℃ decrease in both ambient temperature and water temperature, the ice production capacity increases by 10%.
